Celebrating Kwanzaa
Kwanzaa is a Pan-African holiday created by Dr. Maulana Karenga. During the 7 days of festivities, family, community and culture are celebrated through the Nguzo Saba (the Seven Principles.) This year, we will highlight the daily principles through our collection. We will discuss how items from our collection relate to the Nguzo Saba.

Announcing: “Resilience: Black Heritage in St. Augustine”
The Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center is teaming up with local organizations to present Resilience: Black Heritage in St. Augustine. This is a year-long program starting in 2021 to improve the community’s historic narrative by educating the public with stories of Black experiences while living in Saint Augustine from the 1500’s to current day.
Farmshare Community Food Distribution - December 8, 2020
The Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center partnered with Farmshare, The St. Augustine Lighthouse and other local parters for a food distribution on December 8, 2020.

The LMCC will be closed from Wednesday Nov 25th to Monday November 30th, 2020. We will re-open on Tuesday, December 1st. Be safe and stay well.
Farm Share Food Distribution
On August 4, 2020 the LMCC helped distribute 42,000 pounds of food to the Saint Augustine community.
